You fill out the custom shelf interest form, then our team reviews the information and sends back a quote.

We may provide you with a couple of different options, depending on how many titles you request. We’ll be happy to make any adjustments if you change your mind about paint, wallpaper, titles, or trinkets.

When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a listing for you to purchase so we get started!

Custom quotes are based on several different factors — shelf size, number of titles, how easy or difficult they may be to design, the time of year, and how soon you may want your shelf delivered.

We love working with people to make miniatures that are perfect reflections of you and the stories you love, but we are a small team of three and everything we do is 100% handmade so we have to plan and prioritize to ensure quality and meet the needs of all our customers.

We try our best to send your quote within a week. It may take longer if we are traveling / away for an event.

The time it takes to build and design your custom shelf will vary but we will include an estimate in your quote.

If you’re ordering as a gift for someone else, it’s always best to reach out as early as possible so we can account for that in our process. Additional rush fees may be added to accommodate your timeline.

Any of our shelves can be customized to include books, minibills, DVD covers, or a mix. As long as we can find the cover or you can provide a picture, we should be able to make it in miniature.

You’ll also be able to choose what trinkets and other embellishments you’d like to be placed among the titles. Don’t worry if you aren’t sure! We’re happy to fill in the gaps (literally) for you during the design process.

We have three standard sizes — our tiny shelf, square shelf, and little box library. If you aren’t sure about size, we’ll provide a recommendation in your quote!

Or we can explore other options beyond our three standard sizes to meet your unique needs.

Tiny Shelf
- holds 5 front-facing titles, and up to 7 spine-showing
- dimensions are approximately 5×3 inches

Square Shelf
- holds 10 front-facing titles, and up to 12 spine-showing
- dimensions are approximately 5x5 inches
- comes with a hook or string for hanging (but is also freestanding)

Little box library
- holds 18-20 front-facing titles, and up to 20 spine-showing
- can fully close and latch
- dimensions are approximately 6×4 inches on each side (8 inches wide when open, 2 inches when closed)
